DAZRA pieces are carefully prepared before shipping. Because each order may involve custom sizing, styling, or final preparation, we ask that you review your order details before confirmation.
Processing Time
Please allow 3-7 business days for preparation and quality checking before dispatch. More detailed custom designs may require additional time, and we will contact you if a longer preparation window is needed.
Shipping
Orders ship from China with tracking. Estimated delivery to the United States is usually 7-15 business days after dispatch, depending on the carrier, destination, customs clearance, and seasonal conditions. Total delivery time is typically around 10-22 business days from order confirmation.
Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or carrier-related fees according to local regulations. These charges are not included in the product price unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Custom Returns
Because each piece is customized around the selected totem, wear style, and design direction, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference changes, incorrect sizing provided by the customer, or design changes after production has started.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a clear workmanship issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue carefully and offer a fair solution, such as repair, replacement, or another appropriate resolution.
