Shipping:
All pieces are carefully prepared and shipped from China with tracking. Because each order involves custom preparation, please allow 3–7 business days for creation and quality checking before dispatch. More detailed or highly customized designs may require additional time, and we will contact you if your piece needs a longer preparation window.

Estimated delivery to the United States is usually 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the carrier, destination, customs clearance, and seasonal conditions. Total delivery time is typically around 10–22 business days from order confirmation.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or carrier-related fees according to local regulations. These charges are not included in the product price unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Custom Returns:
Because every piece is customized for each customer, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference changes, size changes provided incorrectly, or design changes after the piece has been completed.

We want you to feel confident before your piece is made. If you need to adjust your order details, please contact us as soon as possible after purchase. Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a clear workmanship issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue carefully and offer a fair solution, such as repair, replacement, or another appropriate resolution.
